Moody's drops Legends to D

Moody's Investors Service said it lowered the probability-of-default rating of Legends Gaming LLC to D from Caa1 following its filing for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.

The issuer has a Ca corporate family rating, Caa2 rating (LGD2, 26%) on the first-lien revolver and first-lien term loan and C rating (LGD5, 80%) on the second-lien term loan.
