Legacy Health, Ore., calls 1999 Clackamas County Hospital bonds at 101

Milwaukee, Dec. 10 - Legacy Health System of Oregon said it would redeem a portion of its Hospital Facility Authority of Clackamas County, Ore., revenue bonds, series 1999, on Jan. 13, according to a notice on Wednesday.

In a new notice, Legacy Health specifies that the following 1999 bonds will be redeemed at 101, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date:

• $3.565 million of 5.25% bonds due Feb. 15, 2011;

• $6.39 million of 4.75% bonds due Feb. 15, 2011;

• $9.955 million of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 15, 2012;

• $9.955 million of 5.5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2013;

• $9.955 million of 5.5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2014;

• $9.955 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2015;

• $9.955 million of 5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2016;

• $9.95 million of 5.25% bonds due Feb. 15, 2017; and

• $9.95 million of 5.25% bonds due Feb. 15, 2018.
