New York, Feb. 21 - Lefroy Resources Ltd. said it has concluded a private placement for A$1,325,000.
The company issued 5.3 million shares at A$0.25 each.
Proceeds will be used to advance the company's Lefroy Goldfields project. The remainder will be used for working capital.
Separately, Malcolm James, Lefroy's chairman, was granted stock options for 500,000 shares at A$0.25 each for three years.
Based in Subiaco, Western Australia, Lefroy is a gold exploration company.
