Lecta to start roadshow Monday for €648 million two-part offering

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Jan. 26 - French paper manufacturer Lecta SA will begin a roadshow on Monday in Paris for a €648 million offering of seven-year floating-rate notes (expected ratings B1/B) in two tranches, according to market sources.

The roadshow moves to London on Tuesday and Wednesday, with pricing to follow later in the week.

Deutsche Bank is leading the deal, which is comprised of a €473 million tranche of senior secured notes and a €175 million tranche of senior unsecured notes.

All of the notes will come with one year of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The prospective issuer is based in Paris.
