Anchor Glass Container $300 million 10-year notes talked at 10½%-10¾%

St. Louis, Jan. 30 - Price talk of 10½%-10¾% was heard Thursday on Anchor Glass Container's planned $300 million of senior secured notes due 2013 (B2/B+), according to market sources.

The deal is expected to price Friday, the sources added.

The underwriters are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Credit Suisse First Boston and Banc of America Securities.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The issuer is a Tampa-based glass container company.
