LDK Solar, joint liquidators announce resignation of two board members

Pittsburgh, July 18 – LDK Solar Co., Ltd. and its joint provisional liquidators announced that Bing Xiang and Hongjiang Yao resigned from the company’s board of directors, according to a news release.

With these resignations, LDK said its board has nine members.

LDK Solar is a manufacturer of photovoltaic products based in Xinyu City, China.
