Atlanta, April 11 - China's LDK Solar Co. Ltd. priced a RMB 500 million add-on to its 10% notes due Feb. 28, 2014, according to a company announcement.
Morgan Stanley was the bookrunner for the Regulation S-only notes.
The notes are payable in U.S. dollars.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The original issue totaled RMB 1.2 billion and priced at par on Feb. 18.
LDK Solar is a solar wafer producer based in Xinyu City, China.
