Lazard Group eyes $500 million sale of senior notes due 2020

Virginia Beach, Nov. 6 - Lazard Group LLC is planning to bring a $500 million sale of senior notes due 2020 to market, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the joint bookrunners.

Lazard Capital Markets LLC and BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC are the co-managers.

The notes will feature a make-whole call and a change-of-control put at 101%.

Proceeds will be used to redeem all of the company's outstanding notes due 2015.

New York-based Lazard Group provides financial advisory and asset management services.
