New Issue: Connecticut Health brings $58.94 million of revenue bonds for Lawrence & Memorial

New York, Sept. 9 - The Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority priced $58.94 million of series 2011F revenue bonds for the Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A+/A+) were sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2026 with term bonds due in 2031 and 2036. The serial coupons range from 1% to 5%. The 2031 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 102.09, and the 2036 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 100.377.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt issued for the New London, Conn.-based hospital.
