New Issue: Latvia prices €700 million 1 7/8% 30-year senior notes to yield mid-swaps plus 68 bps

New York, Feb. 14 – The Republic of Latvia priced €700 million of 1 7/8% 30-year senior notes at 98.779 to yield 1.929%, or a spread of 68 basis points over mid-swaps, according to a syndicate source.
Pricing came tight to talk for a spread of low 70 bps over mid-swaps.
Citigroup, Credit Agricole and Goldman Sachs are bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
