Latvia talks 30-year notes at low 70 bps over mid-swaps

New York, Feb. 12 – The Republic of Latvia was talking its planned benchmark euro-denominated offering of 30-year notes at a yield equal to the low 70 basis points over mid-swaps, according to a market source.

Citigroup, Credit Agricole and Goldman Sachs are bookrunners for the Regulation S deal, which was expected to price on Tuesday.
