New Issue: Latvia auctions €50 million government securities at negative 0.302%

Norfolk, Va., April 28 – The Republic of Latvia auctioned €50 million of government debt securities due May 23, 2016 in a multi-price auction on Wednesday, according to a notice.

The average volume-weighted bid yield is negative 0.302%. The admissible yield was capped at negative 0.2%, and the top bid yield received was negative 0.3%.

Latvia received five competitive bids for a total of €230 million.
