Latvia to offer new euro-denominated notes
New York, Nov. 30 – Republic of Latvia said it will offer a new issue of euro-denominated notes.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to fund a tender offer for up to $525 million of its $1.25 billion of 2¾% notes due 2020 and $500 million of 5¼% notes due 2021, according to a notice.
The dealer managers for the tender offer are Barclays Bank plc, Goldman Sachs International and J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
