New Issue: Latvia auctions €30 million government securities due 2020 at 0.863%

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 2 – The Republic of Latvia auctioned €30 million of 0.625% government debt securities due June 5, 2020 in a multi-price auction on Wednesday, according to a notice.

Of the accepted bids, €24 million were competitive and €6 million were non-competitive.

The average volume-weighted bid yield for the competitive securities is 0.863%. The admissible yield was capped at 0.95%, and the top bid yield received was 0.888%.

Latvia received five competitive bids for a total of €94,525,000. It received five non-competitive bids for a total of €55 million.
