Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 5 - Republic of Latvia (Baa3/BBB/BBB) priced a $1.25 billion issue of 2.75% notes due 2020, according to a market source.

The notes priced at 99.113.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities managed the deal.
