Moody's: Latvia outlook stable

Moody's Investors Service said it raised the outlook on the government of Latvia's Baa3 ratings to stable from negative.

The change in outlook was prompted by the stabilization of the economy and significant reduction in financial stress over the past six months, according to the agency.
