Latvia plans sovereign note offering via Citigroup, Credit Suisse

Atlanta, Dec. 9 - Latvia plans to issue notes via Citigroup and Credit Suisse, according to market sources.

The sovereign offering is expected to be euro denominated and could come to market by Monday.

Other details of the offering were not immediately available.
