Latvia 10-year bonds talked at swaps minus 28-31 bps

St. Louis, March 24 - The Republic of Latvia's €400 million 10-year eurobond has price guidance of 28-31 basis points ahead of mid-swaps, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected late Thursday.

Citigroup is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.
