Chicago, Nov. 15 – The Republic of Latvia (A3/A+/A-) priced €600 million of 3 7/8% notes due May 22, 2029 on Wednesday, according to information from a sellside source.
The notes priced at 99.887 to yield 3.902%, or at mid-swaps plus 80 basis points. Initial price talk was in the mid-swaps plus low 90s.
Barclays (billing and delivery), Natixis and Societe Generale were bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.
The order book was over €1.75 billion.
The notes will be listed in Luxembourg.
