Chicago, Oct. 27 – The Republic of Latvia issued €850 million of 3 7/8% notes due 2027 under its global medium-term note program, according to a pricing document.

The notes priced at 98.743 to yield 4.198%.

Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Deutsche Bank AG, Erste Group Bank AG and Nomura Financial Products Europe GMBH acted as joint lead managers.
