New Issue: Latvia prices €600 million 0.25% sustainability bonds due January 2030

Concord, N.H., Dec. 7 – The Republic of Latvia priced €600 million 0.25% notes due Jan. 23, 2030 at 99.896 to yield 0.263% or a spread over mid-swaps of 25 basis points, according to a market source.

BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole CIB acted as joint sustainability structuring advisers of the Regulation S transaction and were joint bookrunners together with Barclays.
