By Rebecca Melvin

Concord, N.H., June 29 – The Republic of Latvia plans to price a euro-denominated benchmark offering of new long seven-year notes, according to a market source on Tuesday.

Barclays, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole CIB are lead managers for the Regulation S notes, which mature Jan. 24, 2029. Pricing is expected “in the near future, subject to market conditions,” according to the source.
