New York, March 10 – The Republic of Latvia launched a €1.25 billion offering of 10-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 9 basis points, according to a market source on Wednesday.

Pricing came tight to guidance in the mid-swaps plus 12 bps area, following initial price talk in the mid-swaps plus 15 bps area.

Final pricing and allocations were expected to be set late Wednesday.

The order books were €2.8 billion at the time the deal was launched.
