New Issue: Latvenergo prices €25 million of 1.9% green notes due 2022

Charlotte, N.C., April 5 – Latvenergo AS priced €25 million of 1.9% notes (Baa2//) due June 10, 2022.

In May, the company announced plans to issue up to €100 million of green bonds to be listed on the Nasdaq OMX Baltic Bond List.

Proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of eligible projects in accordance with its Green Bond Framework, according to the news release.

Latvenergo is the largest power supply merchant in Riga, Latvia.
