Dominican Republic's Latin American Airports plans to sell $500 million seven-years notes

Atlanta, Nov. 6 - Latin American Airports Holdings has set the size at $500 million and the tenor at seven years for its planned offering of notes (BB-), a market source said.

JPMorgan is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes, which are non-callable for three years.

Latin American Airports is an airports operator based in the Dominican Republic.
