Atlanta, Nov. 29 - Anatolia Minerals Development Ltd. said Monday it has raised C$7 million through a private placement.
The company will issue, through an underwriting syndicate, 4 million units at C$1.75 each. The units consist of one share and one half-share warrant. The deal allows for an additional 4 million units on the same terms.
The whole warrants allow for an additional share at C$2.50 for two years.
The underwriting syndicate is co-led by Haywood Securities Inc. and Dundee Securities Corp. and includes Pacific International Securities Inc.
The deal is expected to close Dec. 15.
Toronto-based Anatolia is a minerals exploration company with operations in Turkey. The company plans to use the proceeds from the financing for the exploration and development of its Copler project in Turkey and for general working capital.
