New Issue: Latam Airlines prices $600 million 7% seven-year notes at 99.309

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Chile’s Latam Airlines Group SA priced a $600 million offering of 7% seven-year senior notes at 99.309 on Monday, according to a news release.
Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Santander were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The airline is based in Santiago.
