Atlanta, June 4 – Chile’s Latam Airlines Group SA priced $500 million five-year notes at par to yield 7¼% on Thursday, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a yield in the 7¼% area.
Citigroup and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will be used to fund the company’s outstanding 9½% notes due 2020.
The airline is based in Santiago.
