Latam Airlines Group obtains extension of exclusive plan periods

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Latam Airlines Group, SA received an extension of its exclusive periods to file a Chapter 11 plan and solicit votes, according to an order filed Thursday with U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The plan filing was extended through Jan. 29 and the solicitation period through March 23.

Latam is a Santiago-based airline. The company filed bankruptcy on May 25 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11254.
