Latam Airlines Group posts $161.49 million operating loss for July

Pittsburgh, Aug. 31 – Latam Airlines Group reported a $161.49 million loss from operations for July on $162.07 million in total operating revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The net loss for the month was $175.3 million.

The company had $1,108,083,000 in cash and cash equivalents as of July 31.

Latam is a Santiago-based airline. The company filed bankruptcy on May 25 under Chapter 11 case number 20-11254.
