Moody’s lowers Latam Airlines

Moody’s Investors Service said it downgraded Latam Airlines Group SA to Ca from B1 after the company filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11.

The Baa2 rating on Latam Pass-Through Trust 2015-1A and Ba1 rating on Latam Pass-Through Trust 2015-1B are unchanged and remain on review for downgrade.

The agency said it will withdraw the corporate family rating shortly.
