Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- long-term rating to the Clark County Department of Aviation, Nev.'s $63.69 million airport system senior-lien revenue bonds, series 2008E, issued on behalf of the Clark County Airport System, which includes the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.

The agency affirmed the AA- underlying rating on the department's outstanding $220.8 million senior-lien debt, its A+ underlying rating on the department's outstanding $1.4 billion subordinate-lien debt, its A+ rating on the $706 million of passenger facility charge revenue debt and its A rating on the department's $101 million jet aviation fuel tax bonds.

The outlook is stable.
