New Issue: Thailand’s Ananda sells 3 billion baht of 3.95% three-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., April 5 – Ananda Development PCL announced it issued 3 billion baht of three-year unsubordinated debentures on Wednesday.

The debentures were priced at par with a fixed coupon of 3.95%.

Krung Thai Bank, Phatra Securities, CIMB Thai Bank and Asia Plus Securities are the arrangers.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debentures.

Ananda said that shareholders approved in April 2015 the issuance of up to 12 billion baht of debentures. This is the company’s third tranche.

The real estate developer is based in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, Thailand.
