Moody's: La Paloma stable

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed La Paloma's Generating Co.'s B3 and Caa2 ratings on its first- and second-lien debt facilities, respectively, and changed the outlook to stable.

The outlook and ratings reflect improved financial performance, Moody's said.

The ratings also consider scheduled major maintenance events in 2011 that are expected to negatively pressure cash flow, the agency said.
