Lannett files $121.25 million shelf covering stock and debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 2 - Lannett Co., Inc. filed a $121.25 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The amount consists of securities that were previously registered but unsold.

The registration covers common stock, debt securities and warrants.

The securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Philadelphia, Lannett develops, manufactures, markets and distributes generic versions of pharmaceutical products.
