Langton Securities (2008-3) buys back £310.6 million of class Z notes

Minneapolis, Dec. 16 - Langton Securities (2008-3) will repurchase £310.6 million of its class Z notes due Dec. 18, 2054, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed at par on Dec. 19.

The issuer is a special-purpose company formed under London-based Santander UK plc, a provider of personal financial services, mortgages and savings.
