Langton Securities issuers soliciting consents for floaters due 2054

Olympia, Wash., May 22 – Langton Securities (2010-1) plc and Langton Securities (2008-1) plc began consent solicitations for four series of floating-rate notes.

The notes include the following:

• £955 million of class A4 floating-rate notes due 2054 issued by Langton Securities (2010-1);

• £1,385,715,000 of class Z1 floating-rate notes due 2054 issued by Langton Securities (2010-1);

• £1,250,640,000 of class A2 floating-rate notes due 2054 issued by Langton Securities (2008-1); and

• £2.5 billion of class Z floating-rate notes due 2054 issued by Langton Securities (2008-1).

Written resolutions to modify some terms of the transaction documents relating to each class of notes are due by noon ET on May 29.

The issuers are special-purpose companies formed under London-based Santander UK, a provider of personal financial services, mortgages and savings.
