New Issue: Rentenbank prices $500 million 1.75% notes due 2027 at 99.693

New York, Feb. 4 – Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank priced $500 million 1.75% seven-year notes at 99.693, according to a post-stabilization notice on Tuesday.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. was the stabilization coordinator. Deutsche Bank, BofA Securities, Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. were the stabilization managers.

Proceeds will be used to finance lending activities.

The German development agency for agribusiness is based in Frankfurt.
