New Issue: Germany's Rentenbank sells $1.75 billion 1% five-year notes at 99.549

New York, March 26 - Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank sold $1.75 billion of 1% five-year notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) on Tuesday at 99.549, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering was announced on March 22.

There is no call option.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC ran the books.

The notes are guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

Proceeds will be used to finance lending activities.
