LandSource creditors committee reappointed following resignation

Pittsburgh, Jan. 7 - LandSource Communities Development LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors was reappointed Wednesday by acting U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis to replace one member, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, Debra Tilson Lambeck of Psomas & Associates has resigned from the committee. She was replaced by Jason H. Fukumitsu of Hunsaker & Associates, Valencia, Calif.

The rest of the committee is comprised of Nicolas March of Briarwood Capital LLC, Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.; John V. Galloway of Altfillisch Contractors, Inc., Corona, Calif.; John Burgeson of John Burgeson Contractors, Inc., Canyon Country, Calif.; Rod Biron of Icon Constructors, Inc., Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; James Alan Frankian of J.T. Frankian & Associates, Inc., Burbank, Calif.; and Jeffrey Myers of Oakridge Landscape, Inc., North Hills, Calif.

LandSource, a Los Angeles-based developer of master-planned communities, filed for bankruptcy on June 9, 2008. It Chapter 11 case number is 08-11111.
