Fitch affirms Landshypotek

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Landshypotek AB's long-term issuer default rating at A+ and short-term issuer default rating at F1.

The outlook is stable.

The affirmation reflects excellent asset quality, strong niche franchise and good capital ratios, the agency said.

It also factors in LH's monoline business model, reliance on wholesale funding and relatively small absolute size of capital, the agency noted.
