Virginia Beach, Sept. 10 – Land of Nordrhein-Westfalen priced $500 million of 2.375% seven-year notes (Aa1//) at 99.274, a market source said.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and HSBC Securities were the bookrunners.
The German state is based in Dusseldorf.
