La Mondiale calls remaining €54.75 million fixed-to-floaters

Buffalo, N.Y., March 30 – La Mondiale issued a notice of redemption for the remaining €54.75 million of its €200 million undated deeply subordinated fixed-to-floating rate notes (ISIN: FR0010397885), according to a notice on Wednesday.

The 2006-issued notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on the next interest payment date, May 15.

La Mondiale Group is a France-based international group for supplementary pension and estate planning insurance. It sponsors cycling team Ag2r-La Mondiale with Ag2r Group, an interprofessional insurance and supplementary retirement fund group.
