Adage Capital Partners reports stake of 6.95% in Anadys Pharmaceuticals

Philadelphia, Dec. 1 - Adage Capital Partners, LP reported an investment of 6.95% in Anadys Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as of Nov. 17, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 2 million shares.

Anadys is a biopharmaceutical company based in San Diego.
