New Issue: Lake Travis ISD, Texas, prices $143.12 million school building bonds

New York, Feb. 17 - The Lake Travis Independent School District of Texas sold $143.12 million of series 2012 unlimited tax school building bonds, said a term sheet.
The bonds (/AAA/AAA) were sold through senior manager BOSC Inc.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2036 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5% with 0.33% to 3.08% yields. The 2036 bonds have a 5% coupon and priced to yield 3.33%. The 2042 bonds have a split maturity with a 3.625% coupon priced to yield 3.76% and a 5% coupon priced to yield 3.41%.
Proceeds will be used to finance the construction, equipment and acquisition of school facilities and property.
