S&P rates Lakeport bonds A+/A-1

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an A+/A-1 rating to Lakeport Group LLC's variable-rate demand bonds series 2010.

The rating reflects the credit and liquidity support that Union Bank NA (A+/A-1) provides in the form of an irrevocable direct-pay letter of credit according to the agency.
