New Issue: Turkey's Anadolu Efes prices $500 million 3 3/8% notes due 2022 at 175 bps spread

Atlanta, Oct. 19 - Turkey's Anadolu Efes Biracilik Ve Malt San priced $500 million 3 3/8% notes due Nov. 1, 2022 (Baa3/BBB/) to yield Treasuries plus 175 basis points, according to a source close to the deal.

The notes were talked at the Treasuries plus 225 bps area, a market source said.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC, JPMorgan and RBS were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Anadolu Efes is an Istanbul-based beverage company.
