S&P suspends Lai Fung rating

S&P said it suspended Lai Fung Holdings Ltd.’s B+ rating for lack of sufficient information to assess the company’s credit profile.

“We have not been able to obtain sufficient information on Lai Fung Holdings Ltd., including the extent of the impact from the Covid-19 outbreak, since the announcement of a general offer by Lai Sun Development Co. Ltd. (LSD) in February 2020,” S&P said in a press release.
