LaGrange-Troup County Hospital, Ga., to sell $50 million certificates

New York, July 11 - The LaGrange-Troup County Hospital Authority in Georgia plans to price $50 million in series 2008A revenue anticipation certificates, according to a preliminary official statement released Friday.

The bonds (A1/A+/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with JPMorgan as the senior manager.

The maturities have not been set for the offering at this time.

Proceeds will be used to construct a tower to house a cardiovascular center, patient registration area, gift shop and lobby. The rest will be used for improvements to existing facilities.
