Atalian announces €600 million seven-year senior notes offering

Portland, Ore., April 24 – La Financiere Atalian SA announced in a Monday press release that it plans to make a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of €600 million senior notes due 2024.

The Paris-based provider of outsourced building services plans to use the proceeds to take out its 7¼% senior notes due 2020, to pay off existing bilateral agreements and for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
